Real estate rules info
We will not be selling, transferring, or doing government buyback of real estate (houses or camps), hideouts, forts, or businesses until at least ONE month of ownership. After the month has expired and you wish to sell said properties, the owner will recoup 25% of the total purchase price with in-game cash. Dono'ing for real estate, then turning around and selling it, is a "Pay to Play'' mentality and that is not what we are going for here.
